Sort feature is used to arrange the values in the reports according to your preferred order.
Sort by ascending

Sort any fields in the report by ascending order from smallest to the largest or alphabetically from A to Z.
For Example: Sort the report by Product title. The report will sort the data in alphabetical order starting at A.
You also have an option to limit the number of rows to be shown to Top 10, Top 25, Top 50 or Top 100.
You can also view all the rows on the same page by selecting the 'All' option, as shown below:

For Example: Sort the report by Product title. The report will sort the data starting at Z.

Sort multiple fields in the report by ascending or descending order.
For example: Sort the report by Product title in ascending order and Net quantity in descending order.
